Judi Scanlon
Founder & CEO, "The Estate Sale Lady"
Fondly known as “The Estate Sale Lady,” Judi Scanlon is the driving force behind Griffin Estate Sales , a name synonymous with integrity, expertise, and excellence in the Valley’s estate sale industry. Her journey began in 1999 with Griffin Antiques, later evolving into Griffin Estate Sales in 2008, inspired by her own life transitions and desire to guide others through theirs.
A graduate of Xavier College Prep and Arizona State University, where she earned a master’s in Education, Judi blended her love for design, sales, and storytelling to create one of Phoenix’s most respected liquidation companies. Her client list reads like a Who’s Who of Arizona from business leaders and politicians to celebrities and her team has successfully managed estates ranging from 2,500 to 25,000 square feet with grace and precision.
Beyond business, Judi is deeply rooted in the community. She restored the historic Pulliam Estate, hosted numerous charity events, and even took the stage for Dancing with the Stars Arizona to support the Kidney Foundation. Recognized as a 2025 Trendsetter, Judi continues to embody the belief that success is given to those who stay active in their community and committed to excellence.
Now joined full-time by her children, KJ and Kailey, Judi leads Griffin Estate Sales into a new era, continuing its legacy as one of the original and most trusted estate sale companies in the Valley.

Kailey’s passion for design, history, and helping others comes together in her role as co-owner and certified appraiser at Griffin Estate Sales. She loves uncovering the stories behind every item ,from antique furniture to fine jewelry ,and making sure each one finds the right new home. Her professionalism and personal touch bring confidence and comfort to every client experience.

KJ Loud
Operations Manager
Former Special Forces operator and ASU graduate who ensures every sale runs with military precision. His security expertise protects valuable items while his passion for history brings stories to life, adding value to every piece.

Sabina Edler
Business Manager
Sabina is the heart of coordination at Griffin Estate Sales. She manages the moving parts behind every sale from logistics and pricing to team organization and client communication. Known for her upbeat energy and attention to detail, Sabina ensures each sale runs smoothly and that both clients and customers enjoy a positive experience.
